3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.). We do not store your card or bank details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location and product weight at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. POZHI Decor is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping).

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, as products are unique & fragile.

  • Returns/replacements are allowed only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (with unboxing video proof).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days if approved, as per our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • POZHI Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
