Refund & Return Policy

At POZHI Decor, every product is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch. Since most of our items are handmade, fragile, and unique, we follow a transparent return and refund policy:


1.Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at pozhidecor@gmail.com  or calling +91 98846 55115.

  2. Once packaged/shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  3. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.


2. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change of mind as our products are handcrafted, unique, and fragile.
However, returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective.

  • Item received is different from what you ordered.


3. Conditions for Returns

To process a return or replacement:

  • You must raise the request within 5 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (uncut & unedited) is required as proof in case of damage/defect.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.


4. Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, our quality team will verify the claim.

  • If approved:
  • We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product reaches us.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized / Made-to-order items.

Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use after delivery.

Minor variations in colour, size, or weight (since items are handmade).
